Our practice is in network with Delta Dental insurance. We also accept many other dental insurances, and we will be happy to file your dental insurance claims as a courtesy service. We will accept assignment of insurance benefits provided that all paperwork and necessary information is complete. To assist you with budgeting for your dental treatments, you will be provided with an estimate of your out-of-pocket expenses for your treatment. You will be expected to pay this fee at the time you receive your service.
When you visit Scott Ellard Dentistry, please bring both your dental and medical insurance cards with you to your first appointment. Our office is fortunate to have a highly trained and knowledgeable insurance coordinator, and we will be happy to work with you to help you understand your insurance benefits as well as your financial obligations before you begin your treatment.
Please remember that while we are happy to assist with your insurance claims, your insurance policy is a contract between yourself, the insurance company, and if you receive your insurance through work, your employer.
